Ingredients :


1/4th cup Sugar
1/4th cup Water
4 cups Watermelon (seedless)
1 cup Low fat yogurt
2 teaspoon Lemon juice

Instructions :


Take a sauce pan and put water and sugar in it and cook it till sugar dissolve in water, then put it aside to let it cool. Take watermelon and put it in a blender and blend it until smooth, then transfer it to a bowl and whisk in cool sugar syrup, lemon juice and yogurt. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into another large sized bowl, whisking to release all juice and discard pulp. Take the sieved juice to a metal pan and freeze it until solid, about 6 hour overnight. Take out of freezer to defrost slightly about 5 minutes, then break the  juice into small pieces;put in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.

Firstly take a mixing bowl, then put chicken in it and papaya paste, red chilli, vinegar, Chinese salt and salt and marinate it for few minutes (10 to 15 minutes).

For Dry Mixture :


To make dry mixture, take a square box of plastic and add white flour, rice flour, chicken powder, corn powder, Chinese salt and black pepper and mix it well, then break all eggs in the bowl and mix it well. Now take a piece of marinated chicken and roll it in the dry marinade, then dip it in egg and again, roll again it into dry flour mix.

(1) Fry chopp onions in a wok into the olive oil.

Instructions :


For Dough : Dissolve yeast well in lukewarm water and add in sugar, and keep it for 15 minutes. Take flour and add salt in it, baking powder and yeast, then knead it properly and keep it for 3 to 4 hours.

For Chicken : In a separate mixing bowl take crushed black pepper, lemon juice, garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and marinate chicken with this mixture, then take oil in a pan as given in ingredients, add chicken and fry it. Grease the pan with 2 tablespoon butter, then toast the pizza dough from both side in the pan. Spread the sauce on the dough, then put chicken mixture, capsicum and mushroom on it. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese from the top and in the end, sprinkle the green olives and oregano. Toast it on a very low flame on the pan. Take another pan and heat it, as soon as it heats up, then put the pan to cover the pizza pan. Repeat this procedure till the cheese settles by covering the pizza. When the cheese is melted well take it out on the dish and serve.

Add the mixed vegetables and top with the marinated dish fillet, then on top pour the remaining marinade and bake it at 200c for 20 to 25 minutes. You can either bake or steam the fish and transfer the fish into a serving platter.

For Kulfa :

Cook sugar and milk in a pan for 15 minutes till the slightly is reduced, then add corn flour in half cup milk, mix well and add it to the boiling milk stirring cook till thick. After stirring cook, add solid milk and take out cool mixture, and add saffron, green cardamom grinned, kewra, cream and condensed milk. Keep the mixture in a well greased loaf tin pack, cover the pack well and freeze till set. Take out from freezer and cut them into slices and  serve with prepared rabbri.

Take 1 cup of boiling water and dissolve red and green jelly separately,  boil milk in a saucepan and add kalakand in it, after mixing mix well and turn off the flame. Chop the pineapples and keep aside, now dissolve the corn flour in 1 cup of water. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and cook it on low flame, continue stirring the corn flour mixture till it cooks. When the mixture begins in solid form pour it into the falooda mould and put a bowl of cold ice water ready. Allow the Strands of falooda to fall into the cold ice water from the falooda mould. Make medium size cubes of red and green jelly, take a glass to keep falooda in it and add the prepared vermicelli to the base of glass. Now add a few medium size cubes of green and red jelly followed by the crushed ice, soaked basil seeds, kalakand mixture, pineapple, red syrup and a scoop of ice-cream. Garnish with the sliced almonds and pistachio.

Finely chop capsicum,onion,ridge gourd and tomato, then boil green beans and put them aside, after boiling green beans cook marinated fish in a grill pan, cook it till it becomes golden brown from both sides. Dip boiled green beans and chopped vegetables in leftover sauce, cook them in grill pan for few minutes, put the grilled fish in a serving platter. Batter:

2 tablespoon Cornflour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
Salt required to taste
1 teaspoon Ajnimoto
Chilled Water as needed
(make thick batter by mixing all and add water to make it thick)

Coating:


1 cup Conr flakes
1 cup Chips
1 cup Bread crumbs
Mix and Gring all (not in powderd form)
Oil for frying


Cooking Instructions:


First steam marinated chicken for 10 minutes, then dip the marinated chicken in batter then coat it well in coating, after coating deep fry, when half chicken is coated put out from oil and keep it on the absorbent pepper. To make thick coating dip marinated chicken again in batter and coat in coating and fry again.
Sauce: Chilli sauce + little red chilli + ketchup + salt.

Ingredients:

You need:
1 kg whole chicken
200 gram beef mince
4 tablespoon leamon juce
3 Red chili
1 table spoon cumin
4 garlic clove
1 cup coconut milk
2 medium size onions
1 cup macaroni
2 tablespoon mint
1 table spoon fennel seed
1 tablespoon coriander
Salt depends on your taste
and 4 tablespoon oil

Cooking Instructions:

 

First preheat your oven to 180 degree C then cut the onions in pieces and fry them until it color turns in brown and now cook mince and salt (depends on you taste) for only 10 minutes. When it's done take out the pan from the stove and add the other ingredients named macaroni, leamon juice and coriander.
Now blend the following ingredients: cumin seeds, fennel seeds, red chilies and the whole coriander with salt
Then you have to clean the whole chicken and marinate chicken with garlic and after this bend masala. Fill the mince in chicken and put the chicken on a skewer and tie the legs of  the chicken together so it makes perfectly.
Now put oil on it but just a little, then take a baking dish and palce it and bake it for 20-25 minutes.
After this spread the coconut milk over the chicken then baki it again for last 30 minutes.
when your spicy chilly whole chicken get ready remove the skewer, and then the last best thing is to do is SERVE !
