Chocolate Marble Cake

Treasure Of Recipes proudly presents to you "Chocolate Marble Cake". It is a delicious looking and tasting sponge cake with attractive dark n white color.

INGREDIENTS:


1. Butter: 225gm.
2. Plain flour: 225 gm.
3. Caster sugar: 225 gm.
4. Chocolate chips: 100 gm.
5. Eggs: 4 eggs.
6. Icing sugar: 1 cup.
7. Cherry: 1 cup.
8. Baking powder: 1 teaspoon.
9. Vanilla essence: 1 tablespoon.
10. Baking soda: 1/2(half) teaspoon.
11. Coco powder: 3 tablespoon.

 

COOKING DIRECTIONS:


1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

2. Grease a baking tray and sprinkle some flour on it.

3. In a medium sized bowl mix sugar and butter with an electric beater until creamy.

4. Now add in eggs one by one and keep it mixing with the beater.

5. Now add flour and mix well so that it forms into a dough.

6. Pour this mixture in the baking tray.

7. In another bowl put coco powder, vanilla essence, and chocolate chips and mix them well.

8. Pour it on the dough.

9. Then bake it for 25-35 mins.

10. When done, let it cool.

11. After that sprinkle some cherry & icing sugar on it for frost.

Ingredients :


Half cup Evaporated milk
3/4 cup Water
1/4th cup Pineapple-orange juice (frozen)
2 cup Mango (chopped)

Instructions :


Firstly take a blender and add mangoes and blend it until smooth, then add evaporated milk, water and juice. Blend well until smooth, then pour it into molds or paper cups. After this Seal and freeze it until firm. Unmold and serve immediately.

Black Grewia Ice

Ingredients :


Half kg Grewia
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Half teaspoon Black salt
2 tablespoon Rose water

Instructions :


Firstly soak grewia overnight in water in the fridge, then next day blend it into a smooth puree. Sieve and remove pulp from them and discard seeds, then mix grewia puree with sugar, rose water, lemon juice, black salt and blend it again. After this fill this mixture into a glass and then cover the top of glass with foil. Finally insert a wooden ice-cream stick into the mixture through the foil and keep it in the freezer for 8 to 10 hours or until set and then serve.

Mango Lathers/ Aam Papad

Mango Lathers/ Aam Papad have its value and origin from India and is quite famous in many other regions like Bangladesh and Pakistan. It turns out by mixing up of mango and lemon with sugar. Attempt this luxury luxury recipe as it's a good one.

Ingredients :


2 Mango (ripped)
2 or 3 tablespoons Sugar (optional)
2 lemon's juice

Instructions :


Pr-heat the oven at mark 5 and then place parchment paper on the baking tray, then put mango and lemon juice into a blender and blend them till smooth. After this spread this smooth paste evenly on the parchment paper with the help of spatula into a layer, then bake it for 2 hours till mango leather get dry. (while baking check after 40 minutes to make an idea how much time will be taken to dry it). When done let it on the room temperature then cut it by using scissor into long strips, rool it up and tie with ribbon and Enjoy !

Chicken Cheese Roll

250 gm Chicken
Half cup Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Oil
Half teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
Half teaspoon Salt
3/4th Red chili powder
2 teaspoons Soya sauce
1 medium size Onion
4 tablespoons Coriander leaves
3 Green chilies
250 gm Roll pati
Oil for frying

Instructions :


Take a frying pan and heat oil, then add garlic paste and fry it. Then add chicken and cook until its color became brown, then add salt, soya sauce and red chili powder and fry it for a few seconds. Then add cheddar cheese, onion and cook until cheese melt completely. Now add green chili and coriander leaves, let the filling cool. Then fill the roll pati with the mixture and deep fry and serve it with ketchup.

2 kg Tomatoes

250 grams Sugar

Half teaspoon Red color

Instructions :


Firstly make big cubes of tomatoes and boil it without water for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes take out off flame and blend it, then strain puree with a fine sieve. Finally add the remaining ingredients and cook it till ketchup consistency reached. Fill it in bottle or Refrigerate.

Now we proudly present to you the secret recipe of top chefs of the world. "Crispy Chicken Rolls". You can make these rolls as starters in lunch or dinner but be careful that flame shouldn't be too high or bread crumbs will become too dark in color and will not appear good.

INGREDIENTS:


(1) Chicken: 1 cup (boiled & boneless)


(2) Carrot ¼ cup


(3) Capsicum ¼ cup


(4) Oil 1 teaspoon


(5) Onion 1 (small chopped)


(6) Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon


(7) Red chili powder ½ teaspoon


(8) Salt to taste


(9) All spice powder ½ teaspoon


(10) Cumin ¼ teaspoon (crushed & roasted)


(11) Egg: 1


(12) Bread crumbs as need


(13) Roll patti (required)


COOKING DIRECTIONS:


(1) In oil add onion, sauté it and add all vegetables then chicken, stir fry them.


(2) Add all the spices listed above and mix them well & set aside.


(3) Make rolls & dip lightly in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs, deep fry on normal flame.
