Chicken And Egg Soup


The Hot Spicy And A Luxury Soup ! soups are not only to make easy, it's very delightful food also. This is very interesting recipe of soup, you can serve it as starter of dinner or as the main menu of lunch both will enjoyable for your family or guests.

Ingredients :

 

1 Chicken breast
2 tablespoon Oil
1 Leek (sliced)
Half cup Button mushrooms (sliced)
1 Carrot (sliced)
1 small Broccoli (chopped)
1 or 1-half glass Chicken stock
Salt as needed
1/4th teaspoon Black pepper powder
1 tablespoon White vinegar
2 Eggs

Cooking Instructions :

 

Heat oil in a wok, add chicken cut into julienne, mushrooms, leek, broccoli and carrot, then cook them for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add black pepper powder, salt and chicken stock, then cook them on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Then add white vinegar and continue cook, then add eggs and cook it till eggs comes to on top. When eggs comes to top, take off from wok.
Your Chicken and Egg Soup is ready to serve ! serve it to your Family and let them know how delicious this soup is.
