Italian Meat Balls Pasta

INGREDIENTS:


*For Meat Balls:


(1) Chicken nicely minced ½ kg

(2) Beaten eggs 1

(3) Onions 1 chopped

(4) Garlic chopp 5 cloves

(5) Oregano ½ teaspoon

(6) Corn flour 2 tablespoon

(7) White pepper 1 tablespoon

(8) Oil to fry

(9) Salt to taste

*For Sauce:


(1) Onions 1 chopped

(2) Tomato 3 chopp

(3) Garlic 6 chopp

(4) Oregano half teaspoon

(5) Mozzarela cheese half cup

(6) Olive oil 3 tablespoon

*For Spaghetti:


(1) Spaghetti half packet

(2) Oil 3 tablespoon

(3) Salt to taste

COOKING DIRECTIONS:


(1) In a saucepan boil the spaghetti in oil for 10 minutes.

(2) Drain the spaghetti and put it under the cold water.

(3) Then add a little amount of oil to prevent the spaghetti from sticking.

(4) Heat oil in a frypan and saute onions.

(5) Then add oregano and chopp garlic and mix well.

(6) Now put it in bowl and chill it.

(7) Add egg, white pepper powder, corn flour, salt and chicken mince and into the same bowl and mix it well.

(8) Shape into small balls with hands and shallow fry.

*For Sauce:


(1) Fry chopp onions in a wok into the olive oil.

(2) Then add chopp tomatoes, salt, garlic, thyme and curry leaves and mix well till it becomes thick.

(3) Add cheese, mix and finally add the meat balls.

(4) Put the spaghetti in a platter, pour the sauce and meatballs on the top and serve.

Italian Sicilian Spaghetti (English)

Ingredients: 

 

(1) Mince 250 gram (gm)


(2) Brinjal 2


(3) Tomatoes chopped 3


(4) Onion finely chopped 1 cup


(5) Normally Boiled spaghetti 2 cup


(6) Oil 2/4 cup


(7) Peas boil 1/2 cup


(8) Cheddar cheese grated 2 cup


(9) Mozzarella cheese grated 2 cup


(10) Crushed red chilli 1 teaspoon


(11) Oregano leaves (full) 1 teaspoon


(12) Salt 1 tea spoon


(13) Garlic crush 1 tablespoon


(14) Black pepper 2 tea spoon


(15) Bread crumbs 2–3 table spoon 

     

    Cooking Instructions:

     

    (1) Cut brinjals into thin slices and fry with 2 tablespoon oil and in other frypan heat oil, add chop onion and fry till soft. Now add garlic paste, choppd tomatoes, black pepper, salt,  crush red chilli and oregano fry for 6 minutes, and then add mince, cook for 12 mins and add boil peas with 2 cup water, cover and cook till mince is done then add in half of both cheese and spaghetti to the mince, mix well. Grease an oven proof dish (very low quantity oil) , Sprnkle bread crumbs, so they coat the bottom and all sides of the dish.

    (2) Spread fried brinjal on the bottom and all sides of the dish and spoon the filling, press down (softly).


    (3) Sprinkle the leftover cheese, bake for 12 mins on 180 degrees C till cheese melts completly
    .

    And now your "Italian Sicilian Spaghetti" is ready to serve.

    Italian Baked Chicken (English)

    INGREDIENTS:


    1. Chicken 1 ½ kg (cut into 8 pieces)

    2. Lemon juice ½ cup

    3. Rose merry 1 tbsp

    4. Oregano 1 tbsp

    5. Black pepper 2 tbsp (crushed)

    6. Brown sugar 2 tbsp

    7. Corn flour 2 tbsp

    8. Parsley 4 tbsp (chopped)

    9. Garlic 4 tbsp (chopped)

    10. Oil for brushing

    11. Salt to taste


    For Garnishing:


    1. Tomatoes 2 – 3

    2. Salad leaves 4 – 5


    Cooking Directions


    1. In bowl mix together garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, corn flour, rose merry, oregano, parsley, brown sugar and salt.

    2. Marinate chicken with the above mixture for 3 – 4 hours.

    3. Now bake marinated chicken on 200 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes.

    4. Now put baked chicken in a serving dish, garnish with salad leaves, tomatoes and serve.
