Crispy Chicken Rolls


Now we proudly present to you the secret recipe of top chefs of the world. "Crispy Chicken Rolls". You can make these rolls as starters in lunch or dinner but be careful that flame shouldn't be too high or bread crumbs will become too dark in color and will not appear good.

INGREDIENTS:


(1) Chicken: 1 cup (boiled & boneless)


(2) Carrot ¼ cup


(3) Capsicum ¼ cup


(4) Oil 1 teaspoon


(5) Onion 1 (small chopped)


(6) Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon


(7) Red chili powder ½ teaspoon


(8) Salt to taste


(9) All spice powder ½ teaspoon


(10) Cumin ¼ teaspoon (crushed & roasted)


(11) Egg: 1


(12) Bread crumbs as need


(13) Roll patti (required)


COOKING DIRECTIONS:


(1) In oil add onion, sauté it and add all vegetables then chicken, stir fry them.


(2) Add all the spices listed above and mix them well & set aside.


(3) Make rolls & dip lightly in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs, deep fry on normal flame.


(4) Serve with Chilli Garlic Sauce for the best taste.
