Christmas Special Cupcakes

December is here and Christmas is near, Treasure Of Recipes proudly presents you a special cupcakes that you can make at your home easily for your friends and family

Ingredients :



1,3/4 Cups of caste sugar (385g)
4 Eggs
200g Softened Butter
1 Teaspoon Paste Of vanilla Beans
1 Cup of Milk (250ml)
150g Of froen raspberries
500g of white fondant
2,3/4 cups of self-raising flour (415g)
1/4 cups of white choc chips (50g)
Icing sugar (for dust)
Red Icing flowers (for decoration)

Frosting Butter cream:
3 Cups of Icing Sugar mixture
1 tablespoon of Milk
Softened butter 200g

Cooking Instructions :


The first thing that you have to do is to heat your over at 180 degree(C), then make a row of atleast
twentyfour 1/3 cups (80ml) capicity of the muffin pans by using the paper case. Now you have to beat the butter, vanilla bean and sugar by using an electronic mixer until it turns into full creamy look
then what you have to do is to add the eggs. Don't put all the eggs at a time in it, do it one by one
add one egg then mix then one then mix after doing that take the batches and add milk and flour in t
and stir it until it all mix-up then you have to add the raspberries and the ch chips and fold it
gently until it combined now take a spoon of the mixture among the paper case and bake it for atleast
20 minutes or till inserted skewer come-out clean into the center after doing this transfer it to a wire
rack to get it cool. Now its time to make a frosting, use your electronic mixer to mix your butter very
very well until pale when you're mixing your butter add the icing sugar in it and mix then after a
minute add the milk and mix it till all of them combined. Now time to spread icing onthe cupcakes, you can use a round blade knife for spreading icing and after this by using Icing sugar you have to dust the clean surface. Now roll the fondat, roll it atleast 3mm of thick disc. To cut the dicks from the fondant you can use a fulted pastry cutter or any other designed knife. Now properly smooth your fondant on your cupcakes and decroate it by using the the Icing Flowers and your delicious "Christmas Special Cupcakes" are ready to served.

Chocolate Marble Cake

Treasure Of Recipes proudly presents to you "Chocolate Marble Cake". It is a delicious looking and tasting sponge cake with attractive dark n white color.

INGREDIENTS:


1. Butter: 225gm.
2. Plain flour: 225 gm.
3. Caster sugar: 225 gm.
4. Chocolate chips: 100 gm.
5. Eggs: 4 eggs.
6. Icing sugar: 1 cup.
7. Cherry: 1 cup.
8. Baking powder: 1 teaspoon.
9. Vanilla essence: 1 tablespoon.
10. Baking soda: 1/2(half) teaspoon.
11. Coco powder: 3 tablespoon.

 

COOKING DIRECTIONS:


1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

2. Grease a baking tray and sprinkle some flour on it.

3. In a medium sized bowl mix sugar and butter with an electric beater until creamy.

4. Now add in eggs one by one and keep it mixing with the beater.

5. Now add flour and mix well so that it forms into a dough.

6. Pour this mixture in the baking tray.

7. In another bowl put coco powder, vanilla essence, and chocolate chips and mix them well.

8. Pour it on the dough.

9. Then bake it for 25-35 mins.

10. When done, let it cool.

11. After that sprinkle some cherry & icing sugar on it for frost.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS:


1. Flour: 2 ¼ cup(s).

2. Coco powder 1/2 cup (half cup)(unsweetened).

3. Baking soda 1 ½ teaspoon.

4. Salt 1/2 teaspoon.

5. Butter 1 ¼ cup(s).

6. Sugar 2 cup(s).

7. Eggs: 4 eggs.

8. Vanilla essence 2-3 teaspoon.

9. Sour cream 1 cup.

10. Milk ½ cup (half cup).

11. Red food color (liquid) 2 tablespoon.

 

COOKING DIRECTIONS:


1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree C & line cup cake mould with paper cup.

2. In a medium size bowl add flour, coco powder, salt and baking soda.

3. In another bowl beat sugar and butter with the electric mixture until it is creamy.

4. Add eggs one by one while beating, also drop vanilla and start beating again.

5. Now put the sour cream in the mixture.

6. Add all the dry ingredients & then milk and mix in food color.

7. Spoon mixture 2/3 full in paper cups and bake @ 180 degree C for 20-22 mins.

8. Let it cool down & frost it with your favorite frosting.

Half cup Evaporated milk
3/4 cup Water
1/4th cup Pineapple-orange juice (frozen)
2 cup Mango (chopped)

Instructions :


Firstly take a blender and add mangoes and blend it until smooth, then add evaporated milk, water and juice. Blend well until smooth, then pour it into molds or paper cups. After this Seal and freeze it until firm. Unmold and serve immediately.

Vermicelli Qulfi

Making ice-creams at home maybe a whole lot of work but this luxury Vermicelli Qulfi is too easy to make, but surprisingly enough making qulfi at home isn't all that difficult. You just need to reduce milk and mix and freeze.

Ingredients :


1 cup Vermicelli
8 to 12 Green cardamom
2 and a half cup Sugar
1 liter Milk
3 tablespoon Rice flour
Half cup Chopped pistachio
25 Chopped almonds
250 grams Dried whole milk

Instructions :


Firstly boil vermicelli in a bowl and blend them in blender with 8 green cardamom and 1 teaspoon sugar, then take a pan and boil milk with green cardamom. Cook the milk till it comes thick, then dissolve rice flour in little milk. When milk and vermicelli are mixed properly then add the dissolve rice flour in it and cook. After this add pistachio and almonds and keep stirring and when mixture becomes thick, switch the flame off and leave it aside to cool. When the mixture gets cool, add the dried whole milk and whisk thoroughly, then keep it to freezer to get set.

Kulfi Falooda

A luxury and simple recipe and a popular and well-loved cold dessert of sub-continent. This Kulfi Falooda dessert is five star's delightful recipe and simple recipe for summer evenings.

Ingredients :


For Kulfi :


2 cup dry milk powder
2 and a half cup Water
3/4th cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Corn flour (leveled)
1 pack Fresh cream
1 and a half tablespoon Raisins (optional)
1 and a half tablespoon Pistachio (grind with some sugar)
A few drops of kewra essence
A few drops of Apple green food

For Falooda :


1 liter Milk
10 tablespoons Sugar
1 packet Falooda noodles (boiled)
A few drops kewra essence
1 cup Pistachio (crushed)
A few drops Red food color

Instructions :


To Make Kulfi :


Firslty take a pan and pour water and dry milk, cook till boils. On lower flame add green food color, crushed pistachio, sugar, kewra essence, raisins and cream pack and mix them well. Take some water in a bowl and dissolve corn flour in it and then pour this into above mixture, stir it continuously until it thickens. Remove from flame put it aside to cool, pour into kulfi molds and place in refrigerator.

To Make Falooda :


Take a pan and add sugar, kewra essence, red food color and cook them till thickens. Stir them constantly, then add pistachio and boiled falooda noodles.

To Serve :


Put the Kulfi in a dessert bowl or into a tall glass, add jelly and pour over the falooda milk, then garnish with crushed pistachio.

Muhallebi

Instructions :


Take a bowl and put rice flour and milk together and mix them well until it became to a smooth paste, then pour the remaining Half liter milk in a wok with sugar in it and cook it till sugar is dissolved. Then add it slowly in rice flour paste and continue to mix and cook it until it became thick, then add fresh cream, 1 crushed laddu and vanilla essence. Now crush the remaining laddus and put them in a little in each serving bowl, then top it with the prepared custard mixture and chill it very well and serve.

1/4th cup Water
4 cups Watermelon (seedless)

Instructions :


Take a sauce pan and put water and sugar in it and cook it till sugar dissolve in water, then put it aside to let it cool. Take watermelon and put it in a blender and blend it until smooth, then transfer it to a bowl and whisk in cool sugar syrup, lemon juice and yogurt. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into another large sized bowl, whisking to release all juice and discard pulp. Take the sieved juice to a metal pan and freeze it until solid, about 6 hour overnight. Take out of freezer to defrost slightly about 5 minutes, then break the  juice into small pieces;put in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.

Instructions :


Take a wok and fry bread slices in it, then take a frying pan put condensed milk, corn flour, and cardamom, cook it on low flame to make a thick paste. Now take another separate frying pan to milt sugar in it for making caramel, then add dry apricots and almonds in it. Arrange the fried toast in a special serving dish, then spread milk paste on the toast then orange marmalade, apricots and almonds and decorate the top of toast by using the silver paper.

Fruity Falooda

Fruity Falooda  is a delight and luxury chilled desert with lots of different ingredients and also a special sweet of Five Star Hotel, it is perfect to make in aftar. It is thirst-quenching and healthy for children and enough for your body.

Ingredients :


For Falooda:

1 cup Corn flour
1 glass water

For Decoration:

1 packet Red jelly
1 packet green jelly
2 tablespoon Basil seeds (soaked)
125 gm Milk
125 gm Kalakand
2 to 3 slices Pineapple (chopped)
25 gm Pistachios and almonds
Half liter Vanilla ice-cream
Red syrup as needed
Ice as needed (crushed)

Cooking Instructions :


Take 1 cup of boiling water and dissolve red and green jelly separately,  boil milk in a saucepan and add kalakand in it, after mixing mix well and turn off the flame. Chop the pineapples and keep aside, now dissolve the corn flour in 1 cup of water. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and cook it on low flame, continue stirring the corn flour mixture till it cooks. When the mixture begins in solid form pour it into the falooda mould and put a bowl of cold ice water ready. Allow the Strands of falooda to fall into the cold ice water from the falooda mould. Make medium size cubes of red and green jelly, take a glass to keep falooda in it and add the prepared vermicelli to the base of glass. Now add a few medium size cubes of green and red jelly followed by the crushed ice, soaked basil seeds, kalakand mixture, pineapple, red syrup and a scoop of ice-cream. Garnish with the sliced almonds and pistachio.

Mango Squash

Ingredients:


1kg Mango
Half kg Sugar
2 Tablespoon Citric Acid
1/8th Teaspoon Meta Bisulphate

Cooking Instruction:

 

A 5 star and a Luxury Drink. Peel, Blend & chop mangoes into a puree. Now, mix it with sugar, strain the juice with a plastic sieve in 1 kg water. Now, add meta bisulphate and citric acid, and then dissolve them seperately into 1/4th cup of water. Now, add both into the juice and mix well.
Then, fill them into strilized bottles. Shake the bottle daily before use to make the taste better.
