Ingredients :



  • 2 pieces Fish
  • Half cup Cream
  • 1/4th cup Vinegar
  • 150 gm Mushrooms
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • Salt and black pepper to tase
  • 3 cups water
  • 375 gm Scallop
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 60 gm Butter


Cooking Instructions :


To make Scallop Soup, first of all wash the fish and remove the thorns (bones) of it, then take a pan and add water, parsley, salt and black pepper, and heat them on medium flame. After 3 minutes add fish in water and boil it, cover the pan and let it cook for 50 minutes on slow flame, after 50 minutes, cloth the soup into a pot or strain the soup with the help of strainer, then take another pan and add butter. When butter melts completely add mushrooms and garlic cloves in it and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes, now combine the butter mixture with the soup and cook it for 15 or more minutes. When it gets cool, then add half cup scallops in it. Just simmer and do not let it boil, you can add more salt and black pepper if needed. You can dole it out to 8 to 8 peoples.

INGREDIENTS:


1. Butter: 225gm.
2. Plain flour: 225 gm.
3. Caster sugar: 225 gm.
4. Chocolate chips: 100 gm.
5. Eggs: 4 eggs.
6. Icing sugar: 1 cup.
7. Cherry: 1 cup.
8. Baking powder: 1 teaspoon.
9. Vanilla essence: 1 tablespoon.
10. Baking soda: 1/2(half) teaspoon.
11. Coco powder: 3 tablespoon.

 

COOKING DIRECTIONS:


1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

2. Grease a baking tray and sprinkle some flour on it.

3. In a medium sized bowl mix sugar and butter with an electric beater until creamy.

4. Now add in eggs one by one and keep it mixing with the beater.

5. Now add flour and mix well so that it forms into a dough.

6. Pour this mixture in the baking tray.

7. In another bowl put coco powder, vanilla essence, and chocolate chips and mix them well.

8. Pour it on the dough.

9. Then bake it for 25-35 mins.

10. When done, let it cool.

11. After that sprinkle some cherry & icing sugar on it for frost.

  • Reconstituted onions 2 teaspoons


Cooking Instructions:

First, to make the sauce you have to mix all of the ingredients together at least one hour before using

 Cook all of the two beef patties just like the regular burgers, then remove the crown into half of regular bun, retaining the heel. Then you have to toast the both sides and also the inner side of the sesame bun, then when the bun parts are fully toasted put one tbsp (tablespoon) of sauce on all the toasted side of the bun and after that on each sides add (1/8) cup of shredded lettuce, on the bottom of the bun (true one) place a slice (thin Slice) of American cheese at the top of the lettuce, on the other heel (extra one), then you have to place two pickle slices on the top of the lettuce of the middle bun, and when the beef patties are ready, you have to just place them at that time on the both of the prepared buns then simply pile the bun in the middle on the top of the bottom bun and after that just put the crown at the top. INGREDIENTS:


(1) Chicken drumsticks: 8 pcs.
(2) Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon.
(3) Chili powder: 1 teaspoon.
(4) Garam Masala powder: 1 teaspoon.
(5) Paprika: 1 teaspoon.
(6) Salt: to taste.
(7) Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon.
(8) Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (half teaspoon).
(9) Baking powder: 1/2 (half teaspoon).
(10) Cooking Oil: 2 tablespoon.
(11) Bread crumbs: 4 tablespoon.
(12) Crushed peanut: 4 tablespoon.

 

For Garlic Sauce:


(1) Yogurt: 1 cup.
(2) Garlic paste 1 teaspoon.
(3) White pepper 1/4 teaspoon.
(4) Salt 1/4 teaspoon.

 

COOKING DIRECTIONS:


For Baked Drumsticks:


(1) Prick drumsticks with fork.

(2) Marinate them in garlic paste, black pepper, garam masala powder, chili powder, lemon juice and salt for 2 hours.

(3) Mix paprika, bread crumbs, baking powder, and crushed peanuts together.

(4) Coat the drumsticks with this mixture very well.

(5) Place on baking sheet and drizzle some oil over them.

(6) Bake in the pre-heated oven for 25 - 30 mins @ 180 degree C.

(7) Serve hot with garlic sauce for the best taste.

 

For Garlic Chutney:


(1) Mix all the ingredients well together properly.
