You need:
1 tin of evaporated milk
1 tin of condensed milk (chilled)
half cup mango puree
2 cups fresh cream (whipped)
2 cup chopped mango pieces
half table spoon mango essence
First you have to chill the evaporated milk for six hours, beat it until it gets double in volume now mix it with condensed milk. Fold them in mango puree, chopped mangoes and mango essence.
Now put it into an air tight container and freeze it until set.. And your Mango Ice-cream is ready to Server !
