Ingredients:
(1) Mince 250 gram (gm)
(2) Brinjal 2
(3) Tomatoes chopped 3
(4) Onion finely chopped 1 cup
(5) Normally Boiled spaghetti 2 cup
(6) Oil 2/4 cup
(7) Peas boil 1/2 cup
(8) Cheddar cheese grated 2 cup
(9) Mozzarella cheese grated 2 cup
(10) Crushed red chilli 1 teaspoon
(11) Oregano leaves (full) 1 teaspoon
(12) Salt 1 tea spoon
(13) Garlic crush 1 tablespoon
(14) Black pepper 2 tea spoon
(15) Bread crumbs 2–3 table spoon
Cooking Instructions:
(1) Cut brinjals into thin slices and fry with 2 tablespoon oil and in other frypan heat oil, add chop onion and fry till soft. Now add garlic paste, choppd tomatoes, black pepper, salt, crush red chilli and oregano fry for 6 minutes, and then add mince, cook for 12 mins and add boil peas with 2 cup water, cover and cook till mince is done then add in half of both cheese and spaghetti to the mince, mix well. Grease an oven proof dish (very low quantity oil) , Sprnkle bread crumbs, so they coat the bottom and all sides of the dish.
(2) Spread fried brinjal on the bottom and all sides of the dish and spoon the filling, press down (softly).
(3) Sprinkle the leftover cheese, bake for 12 mins on 180 degrees C till cheese melts completly.
