Spinach, Feta And Pear Salad

Ingredients:

 

2 sweet pears such as Comice,
peeled sliced and  ​​cored 
4 tablespoons walnut oil  
100g/4oz baby spinach  
75g/3oz walnut pieces  
1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice  
fresh ground black pepper, 
175g / 6oz feta cheese, diced

 Cooking Instructions: 

Pears toss in a little oil. In a large salad bowl, spinach, feta cheese and walnut pieces together. Gently stir in pears. Whisk the lemon juice, pepper and remaining oil, and season with. Drizzle over salad. Refrigerate it until required.
