Shahi Kulfa


Many people in this world thought that making Kulfa at home is not easy but here is a simple and easy recipe for you to make it at your home and prove them that a delicious and luxury Kulfa is able to make at homes. You can make Kulfa at your home by following these instructions.

Ingredients :

 For Kulfa :


6 cups Milk
3/4th cups Sugar
4 tablespoon Corn flour
250 gm Solid milk
Half teaspoon Saffron
1 tablespoon Kewra water
Half teaspoon heaped Green cardamom (grinded)
4 tablespoon Condensed milk
1 packet Cream

For Rabbri :


1 and Half cup Milk
1 tablespoon Corn flour
Few drops of Zafrani kewra essence
4 tablespoon Condensed milk
For garnishing Almonds and Pistachios (sliced)


Cooking Instructions :


For Kulfa :

Cook sugar and milk in a pan for 15 minutes till the slightly is reduced, then add corn flour in half cup milk, mix well and add it to the boiling milk stirring cook till thick. After stirring cook, add solid milk and take out cool mixture, and add saffron, green cardamom grinned, kewra, cream and condensed milk. Keep the mixture in a well greased loaf tin pack, cover the pack well and freeze till set. Take out from freezer and cut them into slices and  serve with prepared rabbri.
Your Kulfa Is Ready To Serve !

For Rabbri:

First of all cook milk till the slightly became low, thick it by adding corn flour paste. Take off from the flame and let it cool, then add zafrani kewra and condensed milk essence. Serve garnish with pistachios and almonds.
