Sapota/Sapodilla (cheeko) Ice-cream


Nowadays, ice-creams are very common in summers and sometimes in winter. Sapota/Sapodilla (cheeko) is one of the most popular ice-cream that everyone loves to eat, Now you can make Sapota ice-cream at your home, simple and easily.

Ingredients:


Half kg Sapota (cheeko)
Half cup sugar
2 tablespoon Gelatin powder
2 cup milk
1 packet cream
1 tin condensed milk
2 tablespoon oil
Almonds

Cooking Instructions:


First cut cheeko in pieces, then boil cheeko pieces into 1 cup water and sugar also add 1 packet gelatin powder and cook more, after boiling cheeko pieces, put milk, condensed milk, cream, boiled cheeko in blender and blend them well, then pour them into ice-cream mold and put in freezer. Roast almonds in oil and crush them well, sprinkle almond on ice-cream.
Your Sapota/Sapodilla (cheeko) Ice-Cream is ready to serve.
