INGREDIENTS:


1. Flour: 2 ¼ cup(s).

2. Coco powder 1/2 cup (half cup)(unsweetened).

3. Baking soda 1 ½ teaspoon.

4. Salt 1/2 teaspoon.

5. Butter 1 ¼ cup(s).

6. Sugar 2 cup(s).

7. Eggs: 4 eggs.

8. Vanilla essence 2-3 teaspoon.

9. Sour cream 1 cup.

10. Milk ½ cup (half cup).

11. Red food color (liquid) 2 tablespoon.

 

COOKING DIRECTIONS:


1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree C & line cup cake mould with paper cup.

2. In a medium size bowl add flour, coco powder, salt and baking soda.

3. In another bowl beat sugar and butter with the electric mixture until it is creamy.

4. Add eggs one by one while beating, also drop vanilla and start beating again.

5. Now put the sour cream in the mixture.

6. Add all the dry ingredients & then milk and mix in food color.

7. Spoon mixture 2/3 full in paper cups and bake @ 180 degree C for 20-22 mins.

8. Let it cool down & frost it with your favorite frosting.

  1. 1 kg Mutton or Beef mince

  4. 1/2 (Half) Teaspoon All spices powder
  5. 1/2 (Half) Teaspoon Pepri powder
  6. 1/2 (Half) Teaspoon Kabab cheni
  7. 2 Bread slices
  8. 1 Tablespoon Roasted Cumin seed powder
  9. 8 to 10 Green chilies
  10. 2 Tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  11. 1 Small Onion
  12. 2 Tablespoon Raw papaya (paste or skinned)
  13. 1 Lemon
  14. Salt As Needed
  15. Oil As Needed

Cooking Instructions :

First of all mix all the ingredients given above and chop then into processor of food. After mixing up the ingredients marinate them in refrigerator for 1 hour. Now make oval and flat shaped kababs and grills on charcoal one by one. Oil them by using brush and turn it til they tenderized perfectly. Finally you dish is ready to serve, serve it with onion rings, pori patatha and green chutney to make it more delicious.

Chicken B.B.Q Pizza

Almost everyone loves good pizza, and if it has spicy kick to it then you know it will be surely loved by all, so why you not try Treasure Of Recipes delicious and crispy, tasty chicken Tikka pizza.

INGREDIENTS:


FOR PIZZA DOUGH:


1. Flour 200grams or 2cups.
2. Salt    1/2 teaspoon
3. Instant yeast 1-1/2 teaspoon.
4. Eggs: 1
5. Dry milk powder 1-1/2 tablespoon.
6. Caster sugar    1 teaspoon.
7. Oil 3 tablespoon.
8. Luke warm water: as required for binding.

 

FOR PIZZA SAUCE:


1. Oil 2 tablespoon.
2. Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon.
3. Tomato paste 1/2 cup (half cup).
4. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon.
5. Salt 1/2 teaspoon.
6. Oregano leaves: 1/2 teaspoon.
7. Ketchup 2 tablespoon.

 

CHICKEN TIKKA:


1. Boneless chicken: 2 piece breasts.
2. Tikka Masala Powder: 3-4 tablespoon.
3. Lemon juice 2 tablespoon.
4. Garlic ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon.

 

TOPPINGS:


1. Onion 1 (small cube cut).
2. Capsicum 1 (small cube cut).
3. Tomato 1 (without seeds) sliced.
4. Sweet corn 3-4 tablespoon.
5. Mushrooms 3-4 tablespoon.
6. Black olive 3-4 tablespoon.
7. Oregano leaves 1 teaspoon.
8. Cheddar cheese 1 OR 1-1/2 cups.
9. Mozzarella cheese 1 OR 1-1/2 cups.

COOKING DIRECTIONS:


For dough:


1. Take a medium bowl; add flour, instant yeast, salt, dry milk powder, egg, caster sugar, oil and very little amount water for binding.

2. Mix all them well and keep adding little water as required to keep mixture soft.

3. The dough should be soft after mixing the all ingredients.

4.After binding, take it out the and strike it on a smooth surface for atleast 7-8 times.

5. Now sprinkle little flour on the same surface and roll the dough on it.

6. For making thin and crisp pizza, dough should be 1/7th inch thick after rolling.

7. Then place dough on a pizza pan and prick it with knife.

8. Place this pan for 6-7 mins in preheated oven.

 

For pizza sauce:


1. Pour some oil in a pan; add garlic paste when oil is little heated and fry it for 3 mins.

2. Than add tomato red chilli powder, tomato paste, oregano leaves, salt and ketchup.

3. Cook for 3 mins & sauce is ready. Use the sauce when it is cold.

 

For Chicken Tikka:


1. Marinate the chicken with Tikka Masala, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice on it.

2. Leave it for 15-20 mins and fry until chicken is ready.
At the end, place 1-2 coal pieces in pan and cover it for 5-6 mins.

 

Compilation of pizza:


1. Roll out dough, and place it in 10 inch Pizza plate.
Spread pizza sauces on dough and sprinkle cheddar cheese about 2 tablespoon on it.

2. Now put chicken Tikka pieces on it.

3. Sprinkle tomato, onion, sweet corn, capsicum, mushrooms, oregano leaves, Olives, Cheddar cheese & Mozzarella cheese.

4. Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 20 - 22 mins.

Delicious,Tasty & Crispy Chicken Tikka Pizza is ready.

1. Chicken 250 grams.

2. Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup (half cup).

3. Oil 2 tablespoon.

4. Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon.

5. Salt 1/2 teaspoon

6. Red chili powder ¾ teaspoon.

7. Soya sauce 2 teaspoon.

8. Onion 1 normal size.

9. Coriander leaves 3 tablespoon.

10. Green chillies 4

11. Roll pati (bread or ROTI) 250 grams.

12. Oil for frying.

 

COOKING DIRECTIONS:


1. Heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and fry for 3-4 mins.

2. Add chicken and cook it until its color becomes golden brown.

3. Then add salt, red chili powder and soya sauce and fry it for a minute.

4. Then add cheddar cheese and onion and cook until cheese melts.

5. Add coriander leaves and green chili, let cool the fillings.

6. At last do filling in roll pati(bread or ROTI) and deep fry.

7. Serve with ketchup for best taste.

  3. 4 Tablespoon Salt and for coating 1 tablespoon

  5. 1/2 (Half) cup Corn Flour
  6. 3 Tablespoon Green chilli paste
  7. 2 Cups of Plain Flour
  8. 2 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  9. Required Water

Cooking Instructions :   

 Add green chilli paste, baking powder, ginger garlic paste and salt in a filled bowl of water.
Fill a bowl with water now add green chili paste, salt, baking powder and ginger garlic paste in it. Than dip chicken pieces in filled water bowl for 4 to 5 hours till the chicken is marinated faultless. After 4 to 5 hours put out the chicken from bowl and take aside for dry, then for coating mix corn flour, salt, white pepper and plain flour very well. After mixing these ingredients coat the chicken delicately. Finally fry the chicken deeply till it turns to golden brown then acquire it out.

INGREDIENTS:


(1) Large potatoes, peeled and cut into strips: 4 potatoes.

(2) All-purpose flour: 1 cup.

(3) Baking Powder: 1 tsp.

(4) Ground Black pepper: 1 tsp.

(5) Salt: 1 tsp.

(6) Milk: 1 cup.

(7) Egg: 1 Egg.

(8) Vegetable Oil for frying: 1 quart.

(9) Cod fillets (fish) : 1 1/2 pounds.


COOKING DIRECTIONS:


(1) Place potatoes in a bowl of cold water. In a separate normal-size mixing bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, and black pepper together. Stir in the milk and egg, stir until it is smooth. Let mixture stay for 15 mins.

(2) Preheat oil in a medium pot or electric skillet to 350 degree F (175 degrees C.

(3) Fry potatoes in the pre-heated oil until they are tendered. Drain them on tissue papers or paper towels.

(4) Dredge fish into the batter, only one piece at a time, and place them in the oil. Fry until the fish is golden brown. If necessary, increase the heat to maintain 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) temperature, Drain them on paper towels.

(5) Fry the potatoes again for 2 to 3 mins for adding crispness.
