Today's secret is the KFC Coleslaw, now we're going to tell the secret of KFC just read the given instruction bellow of "How To Make KFC Coleslaw" at home in just few easy steps .

Ingredients:

  • diced carrots 1/4 cups
  • minced onions 2 tablespoons
  • granulated sugar 1/3 cup
  • finely diced cabbage 8 cups (one head)
  • salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • pepper 1/8 teaspoon
  • milk 1/4 cup
  • mayonnaise 1/2cup
  • buttermilk 1/4 cup
  • white vinegar 1/2 tablespoons
  • lemon juice 1/2 tablespoons


Cooking Instructions:

The first thing that you have to do is finely dice the cabbage and the carrots, then take a large bowl and pour the mixture of cabbage and carrots  and then stir it in the minced onions, now by using the regular blade in the food processor you have to process all the remaining ingredients till smooth after that pour it over the vegetable mixture and mix it perfectly and your Coleslaw is ready to server, make sure that you'll have to refrigerate it for several hours before using.

Guava Salad

A delicious and luxury healthy fruit salad prepared by using guava, pomegranate, tomato, capsicum, garlic and lemon juice etc. These all ingredients are very nutritious. Prepare and serve with lunch and dinner.

Ingredients :


2 Raw guava
2 Red chilies (whole)
1 Onion (chopped)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt as needed
Few Black pepper (ground)
1 Tomato (chopped)
Half Pomegranate (take out seeds)
2 Garlic cloves
1 Lemon (take out juice)
1 bunch Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
1 Capsicum (chopped)

Instructions :


Cut guava into small pieces and take off seeds, then cut the whole red chili and mix it with guava. Then mash garlic and mix it in guava mixture, then add onion, olive oil, tomatoes, lemon juice, black pepper, salt capsicum and coriander leaves in salad and mix them well. Finally sprinkle pomegranate seeds in salad and serve.

Potatoes and Mayonnaise Salad

A delicious Salad ever ! chilled salad with boiled potatoes, mayonnaise, cream, spring onion, onion, salt, vinegar and pepper. If desired then you can add cucumber cubes enhance taste.

Ingredients :


Half kg Potatoes
3 to 4 Green chilies
2 tablespoons Spring onion leaves

For Sauce :


Half cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Olive oil
Half teaspoon Black pepper (crushed)
2 tablespoon White vinegar
2 to 3 tablespoons Cream
Salt as needed

Instructions :


Firstly boil potatoes and cut them into cubes, then in the meantime chop onion, spring onions and green chilies.

For Sauce :


Take a mixing bowl and add mayonnaise, cream, white vinegar, olive oil, crushed black pepper and salt and mix them well. Your chatpata sauce is ready ! Now mix the salad and sauce well and serve.

Frozen Salad Mould

Ingredients :


1 cup Peas (boiled)
2 Potatoes (boiled)
2 Carrots (boiled)
2 Capsicum
2 Cucumber
1 tablespoon Gelatin
1 bottle Mayonnaise
2 packets Freash cream
4 Pineapples
1 teaspoon White pepper
Salt as needed
1 teaspoon Sugar
Pineapple slices for garnish
Salad leaves for garnish

Instructions :


Firstly take a pan and put some water in it and heat it, then add 2 tablespoon cold water in a bowl and mix in gelatin, then put the bowl over the hot water and keep on stirring with the wooden spoon. When the gelatin dissolves, then cool it close to stove. Now take a mould and put mayonnaise and cream in it and beat it with fork, then add all the vegetables, pineapple, white pepper, sugar and salt. Mix everything well and add gelatin in  it and mix it and refrigerate it. After 1 and half hour take it out of freezer before serving. At the time of serving, firstly put the mold in hot waterfor 3 to 4 minute or till it loosens upward, then take it out by using the knife and garnish it with salad leaves, pineapple slices and serve.

Half cup White beans
3 or 4 Red radish
1 Green capsicum
1 Red capsicum
Half Ice berg
2 Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1/4th bunch Parsley (chopped)
1 Apple
1/4th cup Mayonnaise
1/4th cup Fresh cream
1 tablespoon Mustard paste
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Salt as needed
1 teaspoon Black pepper (crushed)

Instructions :


First chop radish, green capsicum, red capsicum, ice berg, cucumber, tomato and parsley, then in a mixing bowl mix all the chopped ingredients with boiled red and white kidney beans. Chop potatoes into small cubes, add to the salad and mix it well, then also chop an apple and add to salad. take a separate bowl and mix mayonnaise, fresh cream, lemon juice and mustard paste and mix them well. Finally, take a large bowl and put the vegetables, salt, black pepper, prepared dressing and mix all well.

Spinach, Feta And Pear Salad

2 sweet pears such as Comice,
peeled sliced and  ​​cored 
4 tablespoons walnut oil  
100g/4oz baby spinach  
75g/3oz walnut pieces  
1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice  
fresh ground black pepper
175g / 6oz feta cheese, diced

 Cooking Instructions:

(4) Bell pepper 1

(5) Cabbage chopped 1 cup

(6) Lettuce leaves (full leaves) 1 cup

(7) Cucumber 1

(8) Salt 1 teaspoon

(9) Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon

(10) Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon

(11) Chilli Sauce 1/2 teaspoon

(12) Olive Oil 1 1/2 teaspoon


Cooking Directions


(1) Shred cabbage, break lettuce leaves and slice green onion, turnip, tomato, bell pepper, and cucumber in a bowl.


(2) Sprinkle lemon juice, salt, black pepper, chilli sauce and olive oil on top of salad.


(3) Toss to mix and serve. (Beautyfully Garnished)
