Firstly boil vermicelli in a bowl and blend them in blender with 8 green cardamom and 1 teaspoon sugar, then take a pan and boil milk with green cardamom. Cook the milk till it comes thick, then dissolve rice flour in little milk. When milk and vermicelli are mixed properly then add the dissolve rice flour in it and cook. After this add pistachio and almonds and keep stirring and when mixture becomes thick, switch the flame off and leave it aside to cool. When the mixture gets cool, add the dried whole milk and whisk thoroughly, then keep it to freezer to get set.

For Falooda :


1 liter Milk

1 packet Falooda noodles (boiled)

Instructions :


To Make Kulfi :


Firslty take a pan and pour water and dry milk, cook till boils. On lower flame add green food color, crushed pistachio, sugar, kewra essence, raisins and cream pack and mix them well. Take some water in a bowl and dissolve corn flour in it and then pour this into above mixture, stir it continuously until it thickens. Remove from flame put it aside to cool, pour into kulfi molds and place in refrigerator.

To Make Falooda :


Take a pan and add sugar, kewra essence, red food color and cook them till thickens. Stir them constantly, then add pistachio and boiled falooda noodles.

To Serve :


Put the Kulfi in a dessert bowl or into a tall glass, add jelly and pour over the falooda milk, then garnish with crushed pistachio.

Pizza Sauce :

Dough :


Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead them well and set it aside for 2 hours.

Decoration :


Take a pizza pan and put dough on it and make marks with a fork, then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Then apply the pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, onion, chicken filing, capsicum, olives and mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven over 200c for 10 minutes.

    - Add 1 ½ glass of water, cook till it comes to a boil. Add in 300 gm soaked rice.

    - Cook till rice comes on top. Then simmer on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes.

    - Serve and Enjoy.

At the same time take another pan and heat oil in it and stir fry reserved cauliflower until it becomes lightly browned. Then remove bay leaf from soup and blend soup into a puree, then transfer it into a pan and add salt and black pepper in it and cook until bubbles will appear. Then remove from flame and add cheese and stir to mix nicely, pour into a large bowl and set browned cauliflower on top and serve it to your family or guests.

Now we proudly present to you "Crispy Fried Fish" from one of the best chef of International 5 star hotel. This is luxury recipe for all the sea food lovers. You can make this Fried Fish at your home by following this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:


(1) Pomfret: 4

(2) Turmeric Powder: 1 teaspoon

(3) Ginger Garlic paste: 1 tablespoon

(4) Salt as required

(5) Chat Masala as required

(6) Lemons: 3 to 4

(7) Oil for fry

COOKING DIRECTIONS:


(1) Apply vinegar all over the fish and leave for 15 mins.

(2) Now wash the fish nicely.

(3) After washing, marinate the fish with turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.

(4) Leave for 1 hour.

(5) Heat some oil in a skillet and fry the fish.

(6) When it turns golden remove the fish & drizzle some lemon juice and chat masala on top.

Hardees Mushroom Swiss Burger

INGREDIENTS:


(1) Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup: 1 can

(2) Sliced mushrooms: 1 can

(3) Worcestershire sauce: 1 tsp

(4) Swiss cheese: 4 slices

(5) lb hamburger: 1

(6) Accent seasoning: 1/2 tsp

(7) Lawry's Seasoned Salt: 1/2 tsp

(8) Ground pepper: 1/4 tsp


DIRECTIONS:


- Mix the first three ingredients together and put in the saucepan on low heat and let it simmer.

- Mix the Lawry's salt, pepper and Accent into the hamburger.

- Form into patties (4) and fry or until golden brown. Don't press the patties.

- Put the patty into a bun, and then swiss, then the sauce.

- Serve with Chilli Sauce for the best taste.
