Summer Salad


We are making a luxury special salad which is different from your salads, which you have tried lots of time at your home. This salad is very different from your daily salads, try this salad in aftar and serve it to your guests. The people who are on diet, they can try this special luxury salad in aftari or in seher instead of heavy fried snacks or meal.

Ingredients :


1 Potato (boiled)
Half cup Kidney beans
Half cup White beans
3 or 4 Red radish
1 Green capsicum
1 Red capsicum
Half Ice berg
2 Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1/4th bunch Parsley (chopped)
1 Apple
1/4th cup Mayonnaise
1/4th cup Fresh cream
1 tablespoon Mustard paste
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Salt as needed
1 teaspoon Black pepper (crushed)

Instructions :


First chop radish, green capsicum, red capsicum, ice berg, cucumber, tomato and parsley, then in a mixing bowl mix all the chopped ingredients with boiled red and white kidney beans. Chop potatoes into small cubes, add to the salad and mix it well, then also chop an apple and add to salad. take a separate bowl and mix mayonnaise, fresh cream, lemon juice and mustard paste and mix them well. Finally, take a large bowl and put the vegetables, salt, black pepper, prepared dressing and mix all well.
