Vermicelli Qulfi


Making ice-creams at home maybe a whole lot of work but this luxury Vermicelli Qulfi is too easy to make, but surprisingly enough making qulfi at home isn't all that difficult. You just need to reduce milk and mix and freeze.

Ingredients :


1 cup Vermicelli
8 to 12 Green cardamom
2 and a half cup Sugar
1 liter Milk
3 tablespoon Rice flour
Half cup Chopped pistachio
25 Chopped almonds
250 grams Dried whole milk

Instructions :


Firstly boil vermicelli in a bowl and blend them in blender with 8 green cardamom and 1 teaspoon sugar, then take a pan and boil milk with green cardamom. Cook the milk till it comes thick, then dissolve rice flour in little milk. When milk and vermicelli are mixed properly then add the dissolve rice flour in it and cook. After this add pistachio and almonds and keep stirring and when mixture becomes thick, switch the flame off and leave it aside to cool. When the mixture gets cool, add the dried whole milk and whisk thoroughly, then keep it to freezer to get set.
