Mango Lathers/ Aam Papad


Mango Lathers/ Aam Papad have its value and origin from India and is quite famous in many other regions like Bangladesh and Pakistan. It turns out by mixing up of mango and lemon with sugar. Attempt this luxury luxury recipe as it's a good one.

Ingredients :


2 Mango (ripped)
2 or 3 tablespoons Sugar (optional)
2 lemon's juice

Instructions :


Pr-heat the oven at mark 5 and then place parchment paper on the baking tray, then put mango and lemon juice into a blender and blend them till smooth. After this spread this smooth paste evenly on the parchment paper with the help of spatula into a layer, then bake it for 2 hours till mango leather get dry. (while baking check after 40 minutes to make an idea how much time will be taken to dry it). When done let it on the room temperature then cut it by using scissor into long strips, rool it up and tie with ribbon and Enjoy !

  1. Adding 2 pods of Cardamom (elaichi) to this aam papad recipe recipe recipe will enhance the taste further. You can even add a little bit of Kala Namak, Kali mirchi and some ginger powder to give it a spicy taste.
