Guava Salad


A delicious and luxury healthy fruit salad prepared by using guava, pomegranate, tomato, capsicum, garlic and lemon juice etc. These all ingredients are very nutritious. Prepare and serve with lunch and dinner.

Ingredients :


2 Raw guava
2 Red chilies (whole)
1 Onion (chopped)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt as needed
Few Black pepper (ground)
1 Tomato (chopped)
Half Pomegranate (take out seeds)
2 Garlic cloves
1 Lemon (take out juice)
1 bunch Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
1 Capsicum (chopped)

Instructions :


Cut guava into small pieces and take off seeds, then cut the whole red chili and mix it with guava. Then mash garlic and mix it in guava mixture, then add onion, olive oil, tomatoes, lemon juice, black pepper, salt capsicum and coriander leaves in salad and mix them well. Finally sprinkle pomegranate seeds in salad and serve.
