Ingredients :



  • 2 pieces Fish
  • Half cup Cream
  • 1/4th cup Vinegar
  • 150 gm Mushrooms
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • Salt and black pepper to tase
  • 3 cups water
  • 375 gm Scallop
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 60 gm Butter


Cooking Instructions :


To make Scallop Soup, first of all wash the fish and remove the thorns (bones) of it, then take a pan and add water, parsley, salt and black pepper, and heat them on medium flame. After 3 minutes add fish in water and boil it, cover the pan and let it cook for 50 minutes on slow flame, after 50 minutes, cloth the soup into a pot or strain the soup with the help of strainer, then take another pan and add butter. When butter melts completely add mushrooms and garlic cloves in it and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes, now combine the butter mixture with the soup and cook it for 15 or more minutes. When it gets cool, then add half cup scallops in it. Just simmer and do not let it boil, you can add more salt and black pepper if needed. You can dole it out to 8 to 8 peoples.
