Baked Chicken Drumsticks with Garlic Sauce


These baked drumsticks with garlic sauce allows you to have exotic food without worrying about weight. These drumsticks are very crispy and delicious in taste.

 

INGREDIENTS:


(1) Chicken drumsticks: 8 pcs.
(2) Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon.
(3) Chili powder: 1 teaspoon.
(4) Garam Masala powder: 1 teaspoon.
(5) Paprika: 1 teaspoon.
(6) Salt: to taste.
(7) Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon.
(8) Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (half teaspoon).
(9) Baking powder: 1/2 (half teaspoon).
(10) Cooking Oil: 2 tablespoon.
(11) Bread crumbs: 4 tablespoon.
(12) Crushed peanut: 4 tablespoon.

 

For Garlic Sauce:


(1) Yogurt: 1 cup.
(2) Garlic paste 1 teaspoon.
(3) White pepper 1/4 teaspoon.
(4) Salt 1/4 teaspoon.

 

COOKING DIRECTIONS:


For Baked Drumsticks:


(1) Prick drumsticks with fork.

(2) Marinate them in garlic paste, black pepper, garam masala powder, chili powder, lemon juice and salt for 2 hours.

(3) Mix paprika, bread crumbs, baking powder, and crushed peanuts together.

(4) Coat the drumsticks with this mixture very well.

(5) Place on baking sheet and drizzle some oil over them.

(6) Bake in the pre-heated oven for 25 - 30 mins @ 180 degree C.

(7) Serve hot with garlic sauce for the best taste.

 

For Garlic Chutney:


(1) Mix all the ingredients well together properly.
