Chicken Fried Rice (English)

INGREDIENTS:


1. Rice ½ kg (boiled)

2. Oil as required

3. Egg 2

4. Chicken 100 gm (boneless, boiled)

5. Spring onion 2 (chopped)

6. Cabbage ½ (chopped)

7. Carrot 2 (small, chopped)

8. Peas ½ cup

9. Capsicum 2 (chopped)

10. Soya sauce 4 – 5 tbsp

11. White vinegar 4 tbsp

12. Salt to taste

13. Black pepper ½ tsp

14. Chinese salt ½ tsp


COOKING DIRECTIONS:


Heat 1 tablespoon oil and fry the eggs. Make the small pieces of fried eggs.
Now preheat remaining oil and fry chicken, spring onion, cabbage, carrot, peas and capsicum for 2 minutes.
Now add soya sauce, white vinegar, chinese salt, black pepper and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Now combine rice with fried eggs and cook it for a while then steam it.
Chicken fried rice is ready to serve.
For making delicious meal use chili sauce.
