Ingredients :


2 Eggs
300 ml Oil
3 tablespoon Vinegar
2 tablespoon sugar
Salt as needed

Instructions :


Firstly blend eggs, vinegar and salt in blender to taste, blend it well to prepare a mixture. In the process, keep stirring mixture. Now take off the cover of blender jug and add oil, until it gets the form of mayonnaise.

Watermelon Yogurt Ice-cream

A luxury and with low-fat version is a refreshing dessert that captures the essence of summer. Mix the exotic flavors of watermelon yogurt and lemon the this delightful Watermelon Yogurt Ice.

Ingredients :


1/4th cup Sugar
1/4th cup Water
4 cups Watermelon (seedless)
1 cup Low fat yogurt
2 teaspoon Lemon juice

Instructions :


Take a sauce pan and put water and sugar in it and cook it till sugar dissolve in water, then put it aside to let it cool. Take watermelon and put it in a blender and blend it until smooth, then transfer it to a bowl and whisk in cool sugar syrup, lemon juice and yogurt. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into another large sized bowl, whisking to release all juice and discard pulp. Take the sieved juice to a metal pan and freeze it until solid, about 6 hour overnight. Take out of freezer to defrost slightly about 5 minutes, then break the  juice into small pieces;put in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.

Ingredients :


1 kg Chicken with skin
4 Eggs
Oil for fry
Salt as needed

For Marinating :


1 tablespoon Papaya paste
6 tablespoons Vinegar
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
Half teaspoon Chinese salt
Salt as required

For Dry Mixture :


Half cup White flour
Half cup Rice flour
1 cup Corn powder
2 tablespoon Chicken powder
1 tablespoon White pepper powder
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Chinese salt

Instructions :

 

For Marinating :


Firstly take a mixing bowl, then put chicken in it and papaya paste, red chilli, vinegar, Chinese salt and salt and marinate it for few minutes (10 to 15 minutes).

For Dry Mixture :


To make dry mixture, take a square box of plastic and add white flour, rice flour, chicken powder, corn powder, Chinese salt and black pepper and mix it well, then break all eggs in the bowl and mix it well. Now take a piece of marinated chicken and roll it in the dry marinade, then dip it in egg and again, roll again it into dry flour mix.

    -  Milk 2 glass

    -  Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops

    -  Ice Cubes 1 cup

    -  Coffee 2 sachets

    -  Sugar 3 Table Spoon

    -  Chocolate/Strawberry sauce (optional) for Garnish.


   COOKING DIRECTIONS


    -  Add all the ingredients in blender.

    -  And blend them all well.

    -  Serve it by adding the chocolate or strawberry sauce.

    INGREDIENTS


    -  Mince ½ kg

    -  Onion 1

    -  Ginger 1 piece

    -  Garlic paste 2 Table Spoon

    -  Coriander leaves ¼ bunch

    -  Green chilies 6

    -  Black pepper 1 Table Spoon (crushed)

    -  Salt to taste

    -  Oil 3 to 4 table Spoon

    -  Green coriander leaves for garnish

    -  Ginger for garnish


    COOKING DIRECTIONS

 -  In chopper put together mince, onion, ginger, garlic paste, coriander leaves, green chilies, black pepper, salt and chopperize finely.

-  Remove mixture in a bowl.

-  Now greases your hands with a little oil, make small kababs with the mixture and shallow fry with oil.

-  Then put the fried kabab in steamer.

-  Cover and cook for 10 to 12 min.

-  Garnish with ginger juliennes and coriander leaves.

-  Serve with Chutney Or Raita.
