Fruity Falooda is a delight and luxury chilled desert with lots of different ingredients and also a special sweet of Five Star Hotel, it is perfect to make in aftar. It is thirst-quenching and healthy for children and enough for your body.
Ingredients :
For Falooda:
1 cup Corn flour1 glass water
For Decoration:
1 packet Red jelly1 packet green jelly
2 tablespoon Basil seeds (soaked)
125 gm Milk
125 gm Kalakand
2 to 3 slices Pineapple (chopped)
25 gm Pistachios and almonds
Half liter Vanilla ice-cream
Red syrup as needed
Ice as needed (crushed)
Cooking Instructions :
Take 1 cup of boiling water and dissolve red and green jelly separately, boil milk in a saucepan and add kalakand in it, after mixing mix well and turn off the flame. Chop the pineapples and keep aside, now dissolve the corn flour in 1 cup of water. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and cook it on low flame, continue stirring the corn flour mixture till it cooks. When the mixture begins in solid form pour it into the falooda mould and put a bowl of cold ice water ready. Allow the Strands of falooda to fall into the cold ice water from the falooda mould. Make medium size cubes of red and green jelly, take a glass to keep falooda in it and add the prepared vermicelli to the base of glass. Now add a few medium size cubes of green and red jelly followed by the crushed ice, soaked basil seeds, kalakand mixture, pineapple, red syrup and a scoop of ice-cream. Garnish with the sliced almonds and pistachio.
