Baked Fish in Banana Leaves


The luxury Baked fish in banana leaves is marinated with lemon leaves, coconut milk, fish sauce and sugar etc. The fish is wrapped or covered with banana leaves and baked. Hope you will enjoy this aromatic recipe with your family.

Ingredients :


Half kg Fish fillet
1 cup Coconut milk
2 tablespoon Red curry paste
1 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoon Fish sauce
5 Lemon leaves
4 to 5 Banana leaves
200 g Mixed vegetable
2 to 3 Red chillies (sliced)

Instructions :


In a mixing bowl combine these ingredients together coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, sugar and lemon leaves and mix them well. In the prepared marinade, marinate the fish fillet for 25 to 30 minutes. Decorate the baking tray by setting the banana leaves on it. Add the mixed vegetables and top with the marinated dish fillet, then on top pour the remaining marinade and bake it at 200c for 20 to 25 minutes. You can either bake or steam the fish and transfer the fish into a serving platter.
Decorate It With Red Chillies And Serve !
